These Terms govern your use of smartarm.ca and any related services we offer (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by SMARTARM ROBOTICS INC. ("smartARM", "we", "us", or "our"), a corporation based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
SMARTARM ROBOTICS INC. is developing AI-powered prosthetic arms and a related operating system, Dexterity OS™, under the smartARM brand. The Site is informational and provides a way to contact us and apply to our beta program. The smartARM hardware and Dexterity OS are still in active development.
Information on this Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, a clinical recommendation, or a substitute for guidance from a licensed healthcare professional. Always consult a qualified clinician before making decisions about prosthetic care.

All content on the Site — text, design, images, video, logos, code, and the names "smartARM" and "Dexterity OS" — is owned by or licensed to smartARM and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions through the contact form, beta application, or otherwise, you grant smartARM a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them to improve our products and services. You confirm you have the right to share what you send.
The Site may link to third-party services (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn). We don't control those services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
The Site is provided "as-is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMARTARM ROBOTICS INC. and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to CAD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold SMARTARM ROBOTICS INC. harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
